Refund Policy
Last updated: June 29, 2026
This Refund Policy explains how subscriptions, cancellations and refunds work for the TendersWorld (tendersworld.com) service (the "Service"). It forms part of, and should be read with, our Terms and Conditions.
1. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example monthly or annually) as shown on our Pricing page or in your order. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods unless cancelled before the renewal date.
2. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings or through our Contact page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
3. Refunds
Except where required by law or expressly stated in this policy, fees already paid are non-refundable, and we do not provide partial refunds for unused time once a billing period has started.
4. Your rights as a consumer
If you are a consumer in the UK, you may have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of purchase under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. However, where you ask us to begin providing a digital service immediately and acknowledge that you will lose your right to cancel once performance has begun, that right may no longer apply. Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 if the Service is faulty or not as described.
5. Free trials
Where we offer a free trial, you will not be charged during the trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription may convert to a paid plan and be billed automatically, as described when you sign up.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund or raise a billing query, please contact us through our Contact page with your account details and the reason for your request. We aim to respond promptly and, where a refund is due, to process it within a reasonable time.
7. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. The time for a refund to appear depends on your payment provider.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
9. Governing law
This Refund Policy is governed by the law of England and Wales and is subject to the governing law and jurisdiction provisions of our Terms and Conditions.
